Extending The Footprint
Completed in two different stages, the first stage of the redevelopment of this semi-detached house saw an extension to the rear, making for a modern open-plan kitchen diner. The second stage saw the construction of a two-storey side extension including the installation of a rear dormer window to facilitate a hip to gable loft conversion and alterations to openings.
