Kevin Thomas, co-creator of the model, will take you through what makes it so transformational and highlight successes achieved to date.
Kevin is a former public and private sector client with a wealth of experience in built environment construction, operation and regeneration, He created the ‘FUSION’ ‘ approach in the 90s, led the development of the SFfC Integration Toolkit launched in 2003, and has chaired and coached the Collaborative Working Mentors of Constructing Excellence since formation.
